`WHEREAS, on June 4, 2019, Plaintiff BlackBerry Limited (“BlackBerry”)

`filed a First Amended Complaint (Dkt. 36);

`WHEREAS, on June 25, 2019, Defendant Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”) filed a
`
`Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint (Dkt. 39);
`
`WHEREAS, on October 2, 2019, the Court entered a Final Ruling on Twitter’s
`
`Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 51);
`
`WHEREAS, the Court provided BlackBerry with the option to file a Second
`
`Amended Complaint; and
`
`WHEREAS, Twitter desires to extend the deadline to file an Answer to the First

`Amended Complaint in the event BlackBerry chooses not to file a Second Amended
