`Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 8-3, Defendant Lite-On, Inc. and Plaintiff
`Document Security Systems, Inc., by and through their respective counsel of records,
`hereby stipulate as follows:
`WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed its Complaint on August 15, 2017;
`WHEREAS, Defendant Lite-On, Inc. was served on August 18, 2017;
`WHEREAS, the current date for Defendant Lite-On, Inc. to respond to the
`Complaint is September 8, 2017;
`WHEREAS, Defendant has requested and Plaintiff has consented to at a 30-
`day extension for Defendant’s answer or response to Plaintiff’s initial Complaint;
