`On October 16, 2017, Plaintiff Document Security Systems, Inc. (“DSS” or
`“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Seoul Semiconductor, Co., Ltd., and Seoul
`Semiconductor, Inc. (“Seoul Defendants”); Cree, Inc. (“Cree”); OSRAM GmbH
`(“OSRAM”), OSRAM Opto Semiconductors GmbH & Co. (“OOS”), and OSRAM
`Sylvania, Inc. (“OSI”) (“OSRAM Defendants”); and Lite-On, Inc. (“Lite-On”)
`(collectively “The Parties”) met for a Rule 26(f) Scheduling Conference with the
`Court. Provided below is a Joint Stipulated Schedule of Pretrial Dates and a Joint
`Stipulated Schedule of Patent Dates adjusted to the Court’s setting of the Markman
`hearing on July 30, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. An interim status conference was also set for
