`On this day comes to be heard the motion of Plaintiff, Arkansas State Highway
`
`Commission, for an Order of this Court granting it the right of immediate possession of
`
`the land designated as Tract No. 38, Job No. 090373, in the Complaint and Declaration of
`
`Taking filed herein. Upon consideration thereof, it being shown to the Court that said
`
`land was taken by Plaintiff pursuant to the provisions of Ark. Code Ann. §§ 27—67-301 to
`
`319 (Repl, 2010), and that estimated compensation for the taking is now in the registry of
`
`this Court, the Court is of the Opinion that Plaintiff’s motion should be granted.
`
`IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED, AND ORDERED that
`
`Plaintiff’s motion for
`
`immediate possession be, and is hereby granted, and that
`
`Defendants be, and are hereby, ordered and directed to immediately surrender possession
`
`of said land to Plaintiff. This Order shall be held in abeyance for a period of thirty (30)
`
`
`
`days after service of same upon Defendants within which time Defendants may appear
`
`and show cause why this order should not be effective as entered.
