`Pursuant to the Court’s Standing Order Governing Proceedings in Patent Cases, Plaintiff

`Jawbone Innovations, LLC (“Jawbone” or “Plaintiff”) hereby informs the Court that, on July 8,

`2022, Apple Inc. filed IPR Petitions IPR2022-01243 and IPR2022-01244, both against U.S. Patent
`
`No. 8,280,072. Further, on June 16, 2022, Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., and
`
`Samsung Electronics America, Inc., filed IPR Petition IPR2022-01147 against U.S. Patent No.
`
`8,019,091. The Board’s institution decisions are due in January 2023. If instituted, the Board will
`
`likely issue Final Written Decisions in January 2024.
