`
`DEFENDANT MOTOROLA MOBILITY’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION
`OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL MOTOROLA TO
`PROVIDE SUBSTANTIVE INTERROGATORY RESPONSES
`
`Plaintiff Nonend Inventions, N.V. (“Nonend”) filed its Motion to Compel Motorola to
`
`Provide Substantive Interrogatory Responses [Dkt. 546] (“Motion”) on December 30, 2015.
`
`Motorola Mobility LLC (“Motorola Mobility”)’s deadline to respond to the Motion is January
`
`19, 2016. Motorola Mobility and Nonend have met-and-conferred and agreed to extend
`
`Motorola Mobility’s deadline to respond to the Motion until January 26, 2016. This extension is
`
`being sought for good cause and not for purposes of delay. Accordingly, Motorola Mobility
`
`moves the Court for an order extending its time to respond to Nonend’s Motion to Compel
`
`Motorola to Provide Substantive Interrogatory Responses up to and including January 26, 2016.
`
`Nonend does not oppose this motion. A proposed order is attached.
