`Petitioner Nalox-1 Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Patent Owners Adapt Pharma
`
`Operations Limited and Opiant Pharmaceuticals, Inc., by and through their
`
`respective attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by deposition of Maureen
`
`Donovan, Ph.D., commencing on November 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at Arent Fox
`
`LLP, 1717 K Street, NW, Washington, DC 20006. The cross-examination will be
`
`based on Dr. Donovan’s declarations filed in IPR2019-00685, IPR2019-00688, and
`
`IPR2019-00694, and the exhibits cited therein; and the petitions in each of these
`
`proceedings and the exhibits cited therein. The deposition shall be taken before a
`
`duly authorized notary public or other officer authorized to administer oaths and
`
`will be recorded by audiotape and/or stenographic means.
