`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53 and prior agreement with counsel for

`Petitioner Nalox-1 Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Patent Owners Adapt Pharma
`
`Operations Limited and Opiant Pharmaceuticals, Inc., by and through their
`
`respective attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by deposition of Günther
`
`Hochhaus, Ph.D., commencing on April 14, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. The deposition will
`
`take place by videoconference. The cross-examination will be based on Dr.
`
`Hochhaus’s declarations filed in IPR2019-00685, IPR2019-00688, and IPR2019-
`
`00694, the prior art and literature, and the papers, exhibits, and supplemental
`
`evidence that the parties have filed or exchanged in these proceedings. The
`
`deposition shall be taken before a duly authorized notary public or other officer
`
`authorized to administer oaths and will be recorded by audiotape, videotape,
`
`and/or stenographic means.
