`The Oral Hearing is currently scheduled in IPR2017-02019 and IPR2017-02020 for December 4, 2018.
`
`Due to a recent Court order, the jury trial in a case in which Petitioner’s lead counsel Amanda Hollis
`and back-up counsel Sarah Tsou appear has been moved and is now set to begin on November 26,
`2018, immediately prior to the Oral Hearing in these proceedings. In order to allow for Petitioner’s
`counsel to prepare for and participate in the Oral Hearing, Petitioner respectfully requests the
`Board’s consideration of an alternate hearing date in January 2019 and a corresponding extension of
`associated deadlines.
`
`Petitioner respectfully proposes the following modified schedule for Due Dates 2, 4–7 below. Patent
`Owner does not oppose.
