`Attached is a courtesy copy of Finjan, Inc.’s Complaint for Patent Infringement by
`Juniper, filed this past Friday. As you know, the dispute has been complicated by
`Juniper’s recent acquisition of Cyphort, since Cyphort and Finjan had agreed in
`principle on license terms just prior to the announcement of the acquisition.
