`
`
`
`Plaintiff Finjan, Inc.’s (“Finjan”) Administrative Motion to File Documents Under Seal was
`
`brought before this Court. Upon consideration of this motion and the supporting declaration of
`
`Kristopher Kastens filed in support of the motion, the Court finds there to be good cause and compelling
`
`reasons for granting the request to file certain documents under seal.
`
`GOOD CAUSE and compelling reasons having been shown, the Court finds that:
`1.
`
` There exist overriding confidentiality interests that have overcome the right of public
`
`access to the record of the following documents:
`
`Entity that
`Designated the
`Information to
`be Confidential
`Joe Security,
`Juniper
`
`Reason to Keep Sealed
`
`Designated by Joe
`Security as containing
`confidential and
`proprietary information.
`See Dkt. No. 420-3
`(correspondence
`between Juniper and Joe
`Security).

`A substantial probability exists that the overriding confidentiality interests will be

`Support of its Motion for
`Relief from Judgment Pursuant
`to Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b)
`
`2.
`
`prejudiced if the record is not sealed;
`3.
`4.
`
`The proposed sealing is narrowly tailored; and
`
`No less restrictive means exist to achieve these overriding interests.
