`Subject: RE: Printing source code

`Josh,

`Most of the source code requested today are printouts for the ATP Appliance.  The source code for this product was not
`previously available for inspection earlier in the case, and the tools for even accessing this code were only installed this
`December.  Confirm that you will print out this source code today.  If you refuse to do so, we will raise this with the
`Court.

`Furthermore, if you confirm that you refuse to print all of the selected pages, then Finjan will specifically identify the
`files that it seeks to print today from those that were provided.

`Subject: [EXTERNAL] Printing source code

`Counsel,
`

`Your source code reviewer, Andy Jian, is seeking to print source code far in excess of the 750 pages permitted under the
`Protective Order in this matter. See Dkt. No. 149 at 9(d). Please provide in writing a statement showing good cause as to
`why Finjan should be permitted to exceed the limits on printing, including sufficient specificity as to each and every
`page/directory that Finjan seeks to print. We will consider your statement and respond in due course.
`

`Regards,
`Josh
