`RE: Dkt. 245-1, Finjan, Inc. v. Juniper Networks, Inc., Case No. 17-05659 WHA
`
`Kris,
`
`
`As Juniper has made clear (and as Dr. Cole has admitted), no SRX products contain any of the accused Sky ATP source
`code. To the extent you are referring to the interface code, Juniper did in fact identify which platforms contain that
`when it identified the Junos versions that run on various platforms. For example, as shown in the chart in Juniper’s
`interrogatory response, the most recent version of Junos run by SRX110 is 12.3X48, which was released in March
`2015. If Finjan had reviewed that version, it would know that the interface code does not exist in it. In any event, the
`misstatement in Paragraph 6 has nothing to do with the particular contents of Juniper’s source code. As Finjan is
`unwilling to correct this misstatement, we will inform the court of this issue.
`
`
`Thank you,
`Casey

`
`Contrary to your letter, Juniper never identified the SRX products that incorporate the Sky ATP source code. If Juniper
`disagrees, identify where this explicit information was provided.

`Re: Dkt. 245-1, Finjan, Inc. v. Juniper Networks, Inc., Case No. 17-05659 WHA
`
`
`Dear Counsel:
`
`On November 23, 2018, Finjan filed the Declaration of Kristopher Kastens in
`Support of its Reply Brief to its Motion to Exclude Opinions of Damages Expert Dr. Keith
`Ugone (Dkt. 245-1). Paragraph 6 of Mr. Kastens’s declaration states: “Juniper never
`informed Finjan that its production of source code for the accused products was specific to
`only certain models of SRX products.” This statement is incorrect.
`
`In Juniper’s response to Finjan’s Interrogatory Number 3 on March 26, 2018, Juniper
`stated: “Juniper directs Finjan to the directory structure provided on the secured review
`computer to identify the products corresponding to the source code by product name and
`release and the directories and subdirectories of the source code corresponding to the active
`source code incorporated into each of the products. The table below shows the versions of
`Junos corresponding to specific SRX Gateways.”
`
`Additionally, Juniper provided the following table in its response, which
`demonstrates that the source code varies between the different SRX models.
