`Finjan, Inc.’s (“Finjan”) Administrative Motion to File Documents under Seal was brought

`before this Court. Upon consideration of this administrative motion and the supporting Declaration of

`Austin Manes (“Manes Decl.”), the Court finds there to be compelling reasons for granting the motion.
